The town of Marina Romea is located on the road that is connected to the SS 309, the so-called Romea which leads to Venice. The SS 309 leads to pine forests along the sea and finally the golden beach, by the way the widest of the entire coast.
It is an oasis of peace with beautiful villas and hotels embedded in green nature. Especially characteristic are the fishing huts on stilts in the seaside from where the fishermen lower their nets into the sea.
Marina Romea has a small harbor, modern fitness and sports facilities, and above all a riding arena with a riding school.
